APPROACH TO SERVICE & LEADERSHIP
In both my professional and volunteer work, I naturally step into roles where structure, clarity, and support are needed most.
I’m comfortable navigating complex or uncertain situations, working with diverse groups, and helping people feel supported—even when circumstances are challenging.
For me, leadership is not about position—it’s about showing up, creating stability, and helping others move forward.
